Pouches
Walk down any supermarket aisle and you'll see the pouch revolution in action. Flexible pouch packaging has become the format of choice for coffee, snacks, pet food, sauces, ready meals and countless other categories. The driving force is that pouches deliver something rigid packaging can't; lightweight efficiency, premium shelf impact, shelf-life and consumer convenience in one single format.
From basic three-side seal formats to sophisticated stand-up pouches with zippers, spouts and handles, our converting capabilities span the full spectrum of pouch applications across food and FMCG categories. We can create anything from a 50-gram sachet to a 20kg pouch, and all shapes and sized in-between. We know how!
Stand-up pouches
The retail workhorse. Stable base, excellent shelf presence, and maximum printable surface area for brand storytelling. Available with or without gussets, in sizes from single-serve sachets to family-sized formats.
Shaped pouches
Bespoke die-cut designs that create distinctive shelf differentiation while maintaining all the functional benefits of standard pouches. Clifton Packaging is one of the few UK converters with in-house shaped stand-up pouch capability.
Side gusset pouches
Ideal for coffee, tea and premium food products. Expandable sides provide excellent fill volume and a distinctive block-bottom appearance that signals quality.
Quad seal pouches
Four-corner construction delivers maximum stability and standing strength. Popular in pet food, bulk snacks and products where robust shelf presence matters.
Pillow pouches
Classic three-side or four-side seal format. Material-efficient, cost-effective and ideal for flow-wrap conversion or smaller portion applications.
Brick pack pouches
Flat, rectangular format perfect for liquids, sauces and wet products. Space-efficient for transport and storage with excellent shelf stacking.
Spouted pouches
Integrated spout fitments for liquids, sauces and pourable products. Clean dispensing with resealable caps for multi-use applications.
